Everyone is searching for something in this world. Acceptance, power, love, money, a reputation, a carreer... But in the end, can these things fulfill you completely, rather than leave you unsatisfied and wanting more?

Where does true happiness lie?  ...

​

What does it mean to live "A Life Worth Living"?

It means that you can live a life of value and worth, and one that is not controlled by pain and hurt and suffering.

You deserve a life that is worth living! 

You have the power to find genuine happiness within yourself, to the point where you are content in life, even when you are faced with unexpected challenges. 

You are able to WANT to get up in the morning and you feel genuine JOY to live. Basically, my wish for you all is to have a life that you are proud of and would not want to give up under any circumstances. That when life hits you hard, you will be able to get right back up with a positive attitude.

We are allowed to live our lives in freedom.

​

Unfortunately, stress, pain and misery are inevitable throughout our lives. Everyone feels hurt and disappointed and hopeless at some point. So, in reality we all are in the same boat really. 

What matters and makes the difference is how we react to these negative situations and feelings and how we act on them. 

It is important for you to realize the power you have over your life. There are things you cannot change and have no influence over, but in my Programme I like to focus on the things that you CAN change. 

The answers are all within you!

Anything you wanted in your past, you can still have! You CAN have that body you are proud of, you CAN become healthier in your diet, you CAN achieve the goals you set, or the JOB you want.

Don't let your past or people's lies define who you are. Create the healthy identity you want for yourself.

SO Let's get this started!

For the "Life Worth Living" Programme I have set up 3 steps and 3 goals:

  • achieving a good and healthy body image,

  • building up a strong and mature mind

  • and finally enjoying happiness in your life.

​

My post will mainly be drawn from my life experiences and challenges, so I understand if you don't agree with anything.

My recipes and nutrition advise, will be budget friendly and nothing crazy but effective and realistic, since I am only a student haha.
