In this part of the programme I will share my lifestyle ideas to improve your daily routines and habits, for you to achieve that HAPPY LIFE that everyone deserves to have.

Depression and anxiety phases can sometimes creep up on us without us noticing and leave a dark mark. You lose your motivation and ambition, you start making bad choises and forming bad habits.

Once that period is over it is time to get Back On Track!

But it isn't easy to break habits and start new ones or to build up self-worth and self-control again.

My bullet journal and my habit tracking really helped me to get my life back in order! You want to feel like YOU have the control over your life, not fear nor anxiety.

My topics will include simple lifestyle tips, such as budget tracking, habit tracking and how to create new habits, as well as making personalized schedules for yourself during rough times. It's often those little things in our daily routines that make the difference and the things that have helped me I want to share with you. :)
